The 15th Plenary Ordinary Session of the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly (Eurolat) shall be held from July 24 to July 27, 2023, in the premises of the Senate in Madrid.
This session, organized by the European Parliament at the Spanish Senate, shall offer a platform for political dialogue and for the strengthening of bi-regional cooperation between the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean at the highest level.
Following this forum’s tradition, it will bring together the European parliamentary component (European Parliament) and the Latin American one (national Latin American Parliaments).
Several meetings shall be held in different formats, among them the standing Committees, dealing with matters such as Political Affairs, Security and Human Rights; Social Affairs, Youth and Children; Human Exchanges, Education and Culture; Sustainable Development, Environment, Energy Policy; Research, Innovation and Technology or Economic, Financial and Commercial Affairs.
It shall also include meetings of the Relations with Civil Society and Euro-Latin American Women’s Forum, as well as a Round Table with renowned writers on the Euro-Latin American public discourse. For any further information regarding this Conference, please contact spain2023eu@senado.es.
