Information for the media 

Announcement: Inter-Parliamentary Conference on the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Common Security and Defence Policy (CFSP/CSDP) 

Date and time: October 2, 2023, from 9am

Venue: Hotel Meliá Castilla, Madrid

Accreditations:

Accreditation requests must be sent by e-mail to press.spain2023EU@congreso.es, from September 25 to September 29. 

The request must be sent from a corporate e-mail of the relevant media. Each request must specify:

  • Name, surname, birth date, nationality and ID number of the relevant media representatives for whom the accreditation is requested.
  • The task to be performed by each individual (editor, photojournalist, cameraman) and the dates for which the accreditation is requested.

Please attach the following to the accreditation request e-mail:

  • Photograph (format .jpg, 25x30mm and size below 1 MB)
  • Data protection form duly completed and signed. 

 Coverage: on-site coverage will take place in the areas provided for the media. 

The session can be followed live and by streaming at:

  • The web page and the Youtube channel of the parliamentary dimension of the Spanish Presidency of the European Union. 
  • The web page and the Youtube channel of the Congress of Deputies. 
  • Canal Parlamento: digital signal by Hispasat satellite 30W (Frequency 10.770, Polaridad Horizontal, Transponder (Txp) 146, Symbol Rate 30.000, FEC 5/6.)
